Unser erfahrenes Team heißt Sie im MVZ Diaverum Am Neuen Garten - Standort Potsdam herzlich willkommen.
Bei Diaverum bieten wir unseren Patienten weltweit die gleichen, hohen Standards. Obwohl unsere hohen medizinischen Ergebnisse durch unser standardisiertes Versorgungsmodell erzielt werden, wissen wir auch, wie wichtig es ist, Patienten, ihre Freunde und Familien wirklich zu unterstützen. In unserem Zentrum bieten wir Ihnen eine ganzheitliche Betreuung rund um die Nephrologie, sowie eine warme und freundliche Atmosphäre, um unsere Patienten sowohl physisch als auch emotional zu stärken.
Das Zentrum gehört seit 2009 zu Diaverum und verfügt über 40 Dialyseplätze. Neben dem Standort Potsdam, betreibt das MVZ Diaverum Am Neuen Garten Nebenbetriebsstätten in Ludwigsfelde und Rangsdorf.
Neben unseren Dienstleistungen zur Nierenbehandlung bieten wir auch Ernährungsberatung und eine diabetologische Sprechstunde, sowie hausärztliche Betreuung in unserem Zentrum an.

Über Potsdam: Potsdam lockt jährlich Millionen von Touristen an und ist mit seiner Nähe zu Berlin immer einen Besuch wert. Die berühmteste Attraktion und Wahrzeichen der Stadt ist das Schloss Sanssouci mit seinem Park, welches seit 1990 zum UNESCO Weltkulturerbe, zudem übrigens auch weiter Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Neue Garten, Babelsberg, Glienicke und die Pfaueninsel gehören. Ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel in der weiteren Umgebung ist auch der Spreewald.

FAQs
Most patients pass the time during dialysis in activities such as reading, writing, sleeping, knitting, listening to music, watching TV or just chatting. All our dialysis clinics have televisions, free Wi-Fi for use with a mobile device, and please ask the staff for details. Please bring headphones so that you do not disturb other patients.
It is as important for dialysis patients to take a holiday as it is for anyone else, and provided you give enough notice and are flexible enough, there is no reason why you should not be able to do this. Arrangements for you to have haemodialysis at another unit may be made within this country or abroad. Please talk to your physician or nurse at least two months before you plan to travel and before making any plans. This is so we can make sure that you are fit enough to travel as well as to give us enough time to help you arrange your holiday dialysis. COVID-19 restrictions and the Foreign Office guidance apply.
We are serving snacks and beverages during your dialysis treatment.
There is a bus connection to our front door (line 603 in the direction of Schloss Cecilienhof). Soon, we will have a few parking spaces on our property. Please be aware of the marked fire department area.
Generally, we try to make this possible.
For your first appointment with us, please bring the following with you: health insurance card, previous findings, doctor’s letters, laboratory results, medication plan and blood pressure values measured at home.
