At the end of April, our Middle East & Asia (MEA) Regional Team gathered in Almaty for a milestone meeting, marking a new chapter of collaboration, strategy, and growth.
The agenda was rich and dynamic, combining operational insights with strategic dialogue. From inspiring clinic and distribution centre visits, to a town hall meeting at our Kazakhstan HQ, a powerful strategy workshop, and a team-building experience in the mountains - every moment reaffirmed the team’s commitment to a common purpose: delivering a lasting impact for the communities we serve.
Across the week, participants engaged in:
- Clinic visits, where they witnessed first-hand the dedication of our frontline teams and the quality of care provided to our patients.
- Country presentations: Kazakhstan's functional heads shared their achievements, challenges, and future plans, offering a comprehensive view of country-level operations.
- Strategic workshop: an engaging workshop session was held to define the key priorities for our future growth across the Middle East and Asia.
- Head office and warehouse tours, offering valuable insights into the operational excellence driving the region.
- Town hall meeting: an open and energetic session with Diaverum Kazakhstan office staff, followed by a lively Q&A, deepening the connection with the teams on the ground.
- Team building activity: the meeting concluded with a team-building event in a beautiful mountain setting, strengthening bonds and renewing the shared spirit of collaboration.
The energy, insights, and enthusiasm shared during these days set a powerful tone for the future as our MEA team works together to deliver lasting impact across the region.
