ABOUT THE CLINIC
Our experienced team welcomes you to MVZ Diaverum Am Neuen Garten - Potsdam Clinic.
At Diaverum, we offer our patients consistently high standards of care in every one of our clinics worldwide. While our care excellence, based on a highly standardised approach, drives superior medical outcomes, we also know the importance of truly empowering patients, their friends and family. Our empathetic culture delivers a holistic renal care experience, as well as a warm and friendly atmosphere to ensure our patients can regain their strength both physically and emotionally.
The clinic has been part of Diaverum since 2009 and offers 40 dialysis stations. In addition to the Potsdam clinic, MVZ Diaverum Am Neuen Garten has two satellite clinics in Ludwigsfelde and Rangsdorf.
As well as renal care services, we also offer nutritional advice and diabetic consultations at our clinic.
We look forward to welcoming you personally to MVZ Diaverum Am Neuen Garten - Potsdam Clinic.

About Potsdam: Potsdam attracts millions of tourists annually and, being close to Berlin, it is always worth a visit. Most patients pass the time during dialysis in activities such as reading, writing, sleeping, knitting, listening to music, watching TV or just chatting. All our dialysis clinics have televisions, free Wi-Fi for use with a mobile device, and please ask the staff for details. Please bring headphones so that you do not disturb other patients.
It is as important for dialysis patients to take a holiday as it is for anyone else, and provided you give enough notice and are flexible enough, there is no reason why you should not be able to do this. Arrangements for you to have haemodialysis at another unit may be made within this country or abroad. Please talk to your physician or nurse at least two months before you plan to travel and before making any plans. This is so we can make sure that you are fit enough to travel as well as to give us enough time to help you arrange your holiday dialysis. COVID-19 restrictions and the Foreign Office guidance apply.
We are serving snacks and beverages during your dialysis treatment.
There is a bus connection to our front door (line 603 in the direction of Schloss Cecilienhof). Soon, we will have a few parking spaces on our property. Please be aware of the marked fire department area.
Generally, we try to make this possible.
For your first appointment with us, please bring the following with you: health insurance card, previous findings, doctor’s letters, laboratory results, medication plan and blood pressure values measured at home. Please bring with you for follow-up appointments: health insurance card, medication plan and blood pressure values measured at home
